（中央社記者劉建邦台北7日電）颱風尼伯特來勢洶洶，總統蔡英文今天首赴中央災害應變中心視察。總統提到國軍救災整備和資源調度以及土石流警戒發布和民眾疏散撤離狀況，並呼籲各地政府可協助撤離民眾。
颱風尼伯特來勢洶洶，面對上任後首颱，總統蔡英文下午赴中央災害應變中心視察，聆聽各部會防災準備，並了解各地防災準備工作狀況，行政院長林全則陪同在旁。
蔡總統聽完內政部長葉俊榮簡報後表示，希望了解國軍支援和整備作業是否完整，已先聽過國防部長簡報，以及相關部會針對土石流警戒發布和民眾疏散撤離狀況。
總統表示，颱風襲台，撤離工作非常重要，應要嚴肅面對，地方撤離部分，有國軍反映希望地方民眾配合撤離決定，但有些民眾不想過早離開家，在地國軍協助或做成判斷，務必就要執行撤離任務，也呼籲地方政府和民意代表要勸導民眾撤離。
她也提到，中央和地方單位已嚴正以待，並呼籲第一線防災救災人員注意安全。1050707
